From inception to completion, every step of the project will be managed and monitored to ensure full compliance with the specification and drawings, and to ensure cost effectiveness. FBC can help with initial costing to develop budgets and programmes.

Once specifications and drawings have been completed, FBC will initiate the tender process and evaluate the tenders once submitted.

During your consultation a main contractor will be appointed. FBC will supervise the works on site and oversee the project on your behalf until completion.
